Would you like to play F1 2011 before anyone else? Then we’re giving you the chance to attend our F1 2011 Press Preview Day ahead of the weekend’s race at Silverstone.

To enter just tell us what excites you most about F1 2011 and why.

You must be able to make your own way to London on the 6th July. You must be over 18 to attend. The competition ends on 29th June @ 2PM UK.

Evo što Paul Jeal (Senior producer) kaže o poboljšanju AI-a:

 

Last year we took the AI behaviours from DIRT and from GRID. In slower series it works pretty well because the drivers are just making

a key decision at any point in time. In F1 it doesn’t work as there is so much going on around you and because you are going so fast and

things change so often. Now we’ve almost got an AI driver with 6 brains. One’s just looking at deploying KERS or DRS, the other one is

thinking about overtaking, one about slipstreaming and one’s thinking about blocking the guy behind. All of that ties into so the driver

knows where the best place is to position his car on the track.

 

We had driver personalities last year but we’ve moved on so drivers like Hamilton and Alonso look for smaller gaps on the track, smaller

little spots, so you can really begin to notice them. In the latest build at the moment, it’s still the early stages, so they are all really,

really fast and they are all super aggressive. They are always looking to deploy their KERS and to get through but we can refine that back now.

Onda će predobro izgledat i biti će super optimizirano, sudeći po DiRTU 3.

da,trebalo bi tako biti,meni DiRT 3 na max postavkama leti na 50 fps-a,odlično napravljen engine,optimizirano do bola i super grafika.

Zanima me jesu li najavili poboljšanja u "Car Handling-u"? Znam da kad sam vozio F1 2010 sve je bilo nekako tromo, nije bilo "oversteera" ni "understeera" itd. Ko da sam vozio vlak a ne bolid, sam je "skretao" kud hoće(Steering help je naravno bio isključen), sjećam se da je u Monzi u 1. Lesmo-u skretao uljevo, sve mi je bilo nekako umjetno. Ako to ne poprave vraćam se rFactoru...
