Prije sam imao AVG 8 Internet Security i odlučio sam ga izbrisati, te sam krenuo instalirati Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 i kod instalacije mi se javlja problem da jos imam AVG i da ga trebam izbrisati, no njega nema.

Još sam pomoću CCleaner izbrisao iz registra neki file nepostojeće reference deinstalera od avg-a .

Šta da radim???

Khmm.. neznam dali bi sad mogao pomoći AVG remover jer si ga već "maknuo".

Pokušaj s Regseeker-om. On je ponajbolji za čišćenje registrya. trebao bi pobrisati preostale ključeve iz registrya.

Nije pomoglo

Stvarno vise neznam sta da radim pa ću zato instalirati Avira AntiVir Premium Security....

AVG Remover

Ako tako ne uspiješ, nećeš nikako, osim naravno ručnog kopanja po registryu.

Imao sam isti problem sa KIS 2009 i nisam ga znao srediti, već sam instalirao Aviru.

Ali sad mi se javlja novi problem nakon što sam instaliral KIS ,kad hoću pokrenuti program nista ne reagira, uopce se program ne pokrene.

Tijekom instalacije nisam nigdje mogao ukucati key-dal je to problem???

Uz datoteku za instalaciju jos imam mapu keys gdje su Registration Entries filovi (dal to trebam pokrenuti????)

Ako je sve ok, on bi se trebao pokrenuti i bez key-a.

Key za KIS je drugačiji nego kod ovih drugih programa. To je ključ(file) koji se importira u registy prilikom aktiviranja programa.

Da ti malo bolje pojasnim izgleda ovako.

Ako već nisi riješio probaj najprije maknuti kasperskog sa removal tool. Onda instaliraj AVG, makni AVG sa removal tool, instaliraj Kaspersky, makni ga sa removal tool. Očisti registry sa Ccleaner i regSeeker ili tuneup utilities za svaki slučaj. Probaj pa vidi da radi. Jedino je tlaka raditi sve reinstalacije dva programa, ali mislim da na kraju tako možeš polučiti rezultat.

Ma zašto da vraća sad taj AVG kad ga je se napokon riješio.

Pusti AVG na miru i ne diraj ga više, ako ga nisi u planu koristiti.

Makni Kaspersky pa pokušaj ponovo ili biraj neki drugi sigurnosni alat.

Problem je u tome što mislim da se možda nisu maknule sve instalacije AVG-a pa ako reinstalira i restarta removal tool pomogne. No dobro,...

Nakon instalacije programa neophodno je aktivirati program i to tako da se odredi putanja key file-a ili se unese aktivacijski kod za aktivaciju programa. Nakon instalacije programa neophodno je izvršiti update programa da bi program štitio PC od novootkrivenih virusa. Program je moguće update-ovati na noviju verziju i to tako što se sa oficijelnog web site download-uje novija verzija programa, ali ne trial verzija, već program update verzija, te se ista preinstalira preko postojeće instalirane verzije programa. Prilikom ovog postupka dobije se upit da se zadrže postavke sad već starije verzije programa. Treba prihvatiti da se zadrže te postavke, a posebno registracija. Nakon toga neophodno je izvršiti update programa da bi program štitio PC od novootkrivenih virusa.

Program nije kompatibilan sa ZoneAlarm (Pro) i sa brojnim drugim programima.

Moguće rješenje problema: instalirati prvo Kaspersky Anti-Virus, pa teko onda Zone Alarm.
U ZoneAlarm instalacijskom folderu pronaći aplikaciju zlclient.exe, pa od nje kreirati shortcut, koji
treba premjestiti na lokaciju C:/ Documents and Settings/ PC Master (to je naziv korisnika)/
Start Menu/ Programs/Startup. U ZoneAlarm u opciji Overview/preferences isključiti opciju
Load Zone Alarm pro at start up, a zatim isključiti Anti-spyware i Anti-virus Monitoring.
Restartati PC.

Program nije moguće instalirati zbog prisutnog ili navodno prisutnog inkompatibilnog software-a.

Follow these steps to start setup installation process for KAV 2009/7.0 or KIS 2009/7.0 skp and bypass without scanning for incompatible software:
Run the product installation as per normal (where you will double click on the downloaded setup executable).
In the Setup Wizard window, click Cancel to stop and exit from installation process.
Open Windows Explorer, and navigate to the following folder to ensure that two setup files embedded from the original installer are there - setup.exe and kav.en.msi (other language editions will have different string replacing en):

Program se ubraja među najbolje antivirus manager-e. Trial verziju nije moguće instalirati dva puta na istom operativnom sustavu. Voditi računa da se ovaj program instalira prije ZoneAlarm Pro, jer ga neće biti moguće instalirati dok se ZoneAlarm Pro ne deinstalira.
Program sadrži: antivirus, firewall i antispyware.
