Grub ne prepoznaje xp

Dobar dan svima, imam jedan mali problemcic. Naima treba da instaliram na jednom amd 64bitnom kompijuteru dva operativna sistema. Ubuntu i XP. Stvar je u tome sto Grub linuksov ne prepoznaje XP. Isao sam na ubuntuforums.org i postavio tamo temu, dali su mi par odgovora ljudi, al sam ih izgleda previse smorio :) pa na kraju sve sto sam uspjeo je da kad palim racunar u grub meniju pise linija za xp ali kada stisnem enter javi eror 13.  Evo ovo je ta tema http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1175494

ako ima nacina da se pomogne molim pomagajte

P.S. Da napomenem da sam ubuntu pocetnik i slabije elektrosnki, engleski, i svakako drugacije pismenOsmijeh

Hm...

Kada god sam instalirao Ubuntu, i sebi drugima, uvijek je sam prepoznavao druge OS-ove.

Da bi ti grub bootao drugi OS moraš imati pravilno iskonfigurisan /boot/grub/menu.lst fajl.

Postaj ovdje menu.lst fajl i napiši oznaku particije na kojoj je XP (sda1,sdb1...) da bih ti u menu.lst

dodao XP unos.

-grub ti je vjerovatno zamijenio redosljed particija (dešava se kad dodaš disk)

Bootaj s WinCDa, recovery console, utipkaj ''fixboot C:'' i ''fixmbr'', exit.., nakon tog bi windowsi trebali raditi.

 Da, ali onda neće dobiti izbornik za ulazak u Linux. Evo par linkova za snaći se:

U menu.lst zamjeni ovo:

title Microsoft Windows XP Professional

sa ovim:

title Windows XP

makeactive
chainloader +1

Ovo će ti raditi ako je XP na prvoj particija na disku sa Ubuntuom (sda1).

(jesam noob) :) ali live cd mu ga popravi, jer ovo 'petljanje' 

map (hd0) (hd1) ..map (hd1) (hd0).. je za (nas) previše.
 :)) baš zato jer neznamo koji disk je dodao/izmijenio (a bios i promijeni boot order) pa postoji cca 8 kombinacija ili više. Nekako je lakše noobovsko rješenje.

pa ljudi Plač ne treba mi taj tekst koji ste stavili da vratim grub. To bi mi trebalo kad bi instaliro linux pa onda xp. Kod mene je situacija obrnuta. Dakle Upalim kom, Ucita se grub i odma krene sa ucitavanjem linuksa. U grubu imam meni i u njemu inace treba da stoji ubuntu, ubuntu rekoveri mod, i ubuntu memori test i xp. Medjutim meni ovoga zadnjega nema, iako sam instalirao ga na komp.

Neznam kako drugacije da vam objasnim.
