Win Server 2008 R2 Update problem

Imamo 3 masine sa Windows Server 2008 R2 (SP1), koje pokusavamo azurirati sa windows zakrpama. Na dva servera je proslo uredno, dok na jednom od njih windows update ne prolazi nikako, uz sljedecu gresku: "Code 80072EFE" (slika u prilogu). Na ovom serveru gdje Windows Update ne radi, nikada nisu vrseni Update-i, ovo je prvi put da se pokusava izvrsiti azuriranje, dok su preostala dva servera gdje Windows Update radi, vec azurirana nekad u proslosti.

 

Stvari koje smo dosad uradili na ovom problematicnom serveru su:

  1. 1- Iskljucili Windows Firewall i Antivirusni softver (Avast).
  2. 2- Server ima otvoren pristup Internetu, bez mreznog firewall-a.
  3. 3- Pokusali smo instalirati najnoviji Servicing Stack Update (SSU) za Server 2008 R2, ali nismo uspjeli, jer tada javlja novu gresku: 0x800b0109 (Error 0x800B0109 A certificate chain processed but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider). Nije moguce instalirati paket skinut sa Microsoft Update Cataloga.
  4. 4- Restartovanje servisa i uklanjanje odredjenih foldera, sa sljedecim komandama:

    ren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bak
    ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
    Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\*.*"
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh winsock reset proxy
    net start cryptsvc
    net start bits
    net start wuauserv
    net start appidsvc

 

5- Update se pokrece direktno iz Windowsa (ne koriste se nikakvi 3rd party alati), i pokusava skinuti update sa Microsoftovih servera (ne koristimo WSUS).

 

 

Da li je neko imao slicne probleme, i kako ih je rijesio?
