Apple je dao iskaz da dok se proces ne okonca, nece biti vraceni na App store. To je sasvim legitimno. 

ukratko: epl uzima svoju kanticu i lopaticu i ide se igrati na svoju hrpu pijeska a e-pik će ga tužiti mami i neće mu dati griz svojeg gableca. 

Gotovo pa ništa se nije promijenilo, i dalje se mora koristiti In-App Purchase, ovako sam ja to shvatio:
3.1.1 ako u appu želiš prodavati bilo kakve feature vezane za app onda to mora ići preko Appleovog In-App Purchase system (Apple uzima 30%). Presuda ovo nije ni na koji način promijenila. Epic i dalje In-Game currency i skinove mora prodavati isključivo preko In-App purchase-a.

3.1.3 ako u appu želiš prodavati feature koji nisu vezani za app npr. subscription za Spotify ili kino ulaznice onda se smiju koristiti externi načini plaćanja ali ih ne smiješ oglašavati u app-u, tj. ne smiješ staviti button ili link koji te vodi na web kupovinu. Tu je ta jedina promjena, sada se taj link smije staviti u app.

Dakle, presuda mijenja samo boldani dio dolje.

3.1.1 In-App Purchase:
If you want to unlock features or functionality within your app, (by way of example: subscriptions, in-game currencies, game levels, access to premium content, or unlocking a full version), you must use in-app purchase. Apps may not use their own mechanisms to unlock content or functionality, such as license keys, augmented reality markers, QR codes, etc. Apps and their metadata may not include buttons, external links, or other calls to action that direct customers to purchasing mechanisms other than in-app purchase.

3.1.3 Other Purchase Methods: The following apps may use purchase methods other than in-app purchase. Apps in this section cannot, within the app, encourage users to use a purchasing method other than in-app purchase. Developers cannot use information obtained within the app to target individual users outside of the app to use purchasing methods other than in-app purchase (such as sending an individual user an email about other purchasing methods after that individual signs up for an account within the app). Developers can send communications outside of the app to their user base about purchasing methods other than in-app purchase
